Tällä lomakkeella voit antaa uimakoululaiselle luvan kulkea itsenäisesti ilman ohjaajaa. Ilmoitathan tiedot 3 vrk ennen uimakoulun alkua, tai kun haluat vastuunvapautuksen astuvan voimaan. Huomioithan, että lomakkeella vastataan eri kohdissa jos kyseessä on arki- tai viikonloppuryhmä. Viikonloppuryhmissä ei kuljeta ohjaajan johdolla, mutta huoltaja voi antaa luvan lapselle poistua altaalta itsenäisesti.

With this form, you can give your son / daughter the permission to go independently (without the instruction). Please notice the separate inquirys for the weekend's and weekday's groups. The groups on weekend are not transported under the guidance of an instruction, but you can give a permission to leave from the pool independently. Please, leave your response no later than 3 days before you prefer it to be valid.
