OULUN LOHET UIMAKOULUPAIKAN PERUMINEN JA MAKSUN PALAUTUS

• kun uimakoulu perutaan viimeistään kolme vuorokautta ennen uimakoulun alkua palautamme uimakoulumaksun vähennettynä käsittelykuluilla (5 €)
• kun uimakoulu perutaan ennen uimakoulun puoltaväliä (15.3.2023) palautamme uimakoulumaksusta 50% vähennettynä käsittelykuluilla (5 €)
• kun uimakoulu perutaan uimakoulun puolenvälin jälkeen (15.3.2023), emme palauta uimakoulumaksuja, koska varasijalta ei enää voida ottaa uutta uimaria
• kertapoissaoloista ei palautuksia (uimakoululaisen ei tarvitse ilmoittaa kertapoissaoloja)
• poissaoloja ei ole mahdollista käydä korvaamassa muissa ryhmissä
• uimakoulumaksuhyvityksiä voidaan tehdä yksittäisiltä uimakoulu kerroilta ainoastaan lääkärintodistusta vastaan

CANCELLING ENROLLMENT AND REFUND POLICY

• when you cancel your enrollment 3 days before the start of the swimming class (at the latest), we will issue a refund of the whole amount minus a handling fee (-5€)
• when you cancel your enrollment before the halfway point of the swimming class, we will issue a refund of 50% of the amount minus a handling fee (-5€)
• when you cancel your enrollment after the halfway point, we will not be able to issue a refund, as we are unable to fill the spot with another swimmer
• we will not issue refunds for one-time absences
• it is not possible to compensate one-time absences in other groups
• we can issue refunds for one-time absences only with a doctor’s note
