Jopox+

Seurassamme on käytössä Jopox+ palvelu, jonka otamme käyttöön pääasiallisena tiedoituslähteenä tammikuusta 2026 lähtien. Lataathan siis Jopox+ sovelluksen ja kirjaudu sisään tunnuksillasi. Mikäli teillä ei ole vielä Jopox+ käyttäjätiliä, lähetämme ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä antamaasi sähköpostiin rekisteröitymislinkin.

Muista ottaa sovelluksen ilmoitukset käyttöön! Suosittelemme lisäksi sovelluksen katsomista vähintään aina ennen uimaharjoituksia mahdollisten muutoksien varalta.

Keväällä 2026 jaetaan uimakoululaisen huoltajalle vinkki videoita jopoxin kautta, joita kannattaa näyttää uimakoululaisille. Videot täydentävät hyvin uimakoululaisen oppimista, jolloin oppimista voi jatkaa myös kotona vanhemman kanssa!

Altaan reunalla oleminen uimakoulun aikana

Lapsi osallistuu yksin uimakouluun eivätkä vanhemmat tule mukaan veteen. Jotta voimme taata opetusrauhan jokaiselle uimakoululaiselle, tulee vanhemman siirtyä pois allastilasta nimenhuudon jälkeen.

Arjen käytänteet

• Uimakoulujen nimenhuuto järjestetään Linnanmaan uimahallin aulassa 15 minuuttia ennen uimakoulun aloitusaikaa. Saavuthan nimenhuutoon ajoissa!
• Nimenhuudosta uimakoululaiset pääsevät aulan porteista uimahallin puolelle, josta he lähtevät yhdessä vanhemman kanssa pukuhuoneisiin. Mikäli huoltaja haluaa lapsen kulkevan itsenäisesti, täytä tästä vastuunvapautuslomake:
• Uimakoulujen toinen nimenhuuto pidetään altaan reunalla muutama minuutti ennen uimakoulun alkua. Nimenhuudon jälkeen vanhemman tulee poistua allastiloista tai itse uimaan (mikäli huoltaja on ostanut oman uimalipun). Annetaan uimakoululaisille rauha ja mahdollisuus keskittyä koko uimakoulun ajan!
• Huoltaja voi saapua n. 2-3 min ennen uimakoulun päättymisaikaa altaalle hakemaan lapsen. (Lapsi, jolla on vastuunvapautuslomake täytettynä, saa lähteä altailta itsenäisesti uintiajan päätyttyä.)
• HOX! Mikäli uimakoululainen haluaa jäädä uimakoulun jälkeen uimaan Linnanmaan uimahalliin, tulee hänelle ostaa erillinen uimalippu uimahalliin tullessa!

Vikonlopun käytänteet

• Oulun Lohien seuravuorot ovat lauantaisin klo 18.30-21.00 ja sunnuntaisin klo 15.30-18.00. Pukuhuoneisiin on pääsy lauantaisin klo 18.15 alkaen, sunnuntaisin klo 15.15 alkaen. HOX! Altaaseen ei saa mennä ennen seuravuoron alkua (la klo 18.30 ja su klo 15.30).
• Ethän saavu altaille liian aikaisin, lastenaltaille saa tulla aikaisintaan 5 minuuttia ennen oman uimakoulun alkua (tilaa altaan reunalla on vähän ja uimakoululaisten keskittymiskyky kärsii, jolloin aktiivinen oppimisaika lyhenee, mikäli reunalla on paljon ihmisiä.) Mikäli huoltaja haluaa lapsen kulkevan itsenäisesti, täytä tästä vastuunvapautuslomake:
• Uimakoulun nimenhuuto järjestetään altaan reunalla muutamaa minuuttia ennen uimakoulun alkua. Nimenhuudon jälkeen vanhemman tulee poistua allastiloista. Annetaan uimakoululaisille rauha ja mahdollisuus keskittyä koko uimakoulun ajan!
• Huoltaja voi saapua n. 2-3 min ennen uimakoulun päättymisaikaa altaalle hakemaan lapsen. (Lapsi, jolla on vastuunvapautuslomake täytettynä, saa lähteä altailta itsenäisesti uintiajan päätyttyä.)
• HOX! Linnanmaan uimahallissa ei ole mahdollista jäädä vapaasti uimaan seuravuoron aikana, sillä jokainen allas on opetuskäytössä.

Jopox+

Our club we use the Jopox+ service, which we will use as the main source of information from January 2026. Please download the Jopox+ application and log in with your credentials. If you do not yet have a Jopox+ account, we will send a registration link to the email you provided when you enter in. Remember to enable notifications in the application! We also recommend checking the application at least before every practice to see if there are any changes.

In spring 2026, we will share swimming school videos to the student's guardian via jopox, it is worth showing them for swimmer. The videos complement the student's learning well, and learning can also be continued at home with the guardian!

Being at the edge of the pool during swimming lessons

The child will participate in swimming school alone and the parents will not be in the water with them. In order to learing peace of for every child in the swimming school, the parent must leave the pool area after the roll call.

Weekdays policies

• The roll call for swimming schools will be held in the Linnanmaa swimming hall's lobby 15 minutes before the swimming school starts. Please arrive on time for the roll call!
• After roll call, swimming school students will enter the lobby gates to the swimming hall, from where they will leave with their guardians to the changing rooms. If the guardian wants the child to walk independently, please fill out this disclaimer form:
• The second roll call of the swimming schools will hold at the edge of the pool one minute before the start of the swimming school. After the roll call, the parent must leave the pool or swim themselves (if the parent has purchased their own swimming ticket). Let's give the swimming school students peace and the opportunity to concentrate throughout the swimming school!
• • The parent can arrive at the pool about 2-3 minutes before the swimming school ends to pick up the child. (A child who has a completed liability release form can leave the pool independently after the swimming time.)
• Note! If a swimming school student wants to stay after the swimming school to swim in the Linnanmaa swimming hall, they must buy a separate swimming ticket when they come to the swimming hall!

Weekend policies

• Oulun Lohet club's shifts are on Saturdays from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM and on Sundays from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Access to the locker rooms is from 6:15 PM on Saturdays and from 3:15 PM on Sundays. Note!
• You can't enter the pool before the club shift start (Sat at 6:30 PM and Sun at 3:30 PM).
• Please do not arrive at the pools too early, you can go to children's pools 5 minutes before your own swimming lesson starts (there is little space at the edge of the pool and the swimming lesson students ability to concentrate suffers, which shortens active learning time if there are many people at the edge.) If the guardian wants the child to go independently, please fill out this disclaimer form:
• The swimming school roll call will be hold at the edge of the pool a few minutes before the start of the swimming school. After the roll call, the guardian must leave the pool area. Let's give the swimming school students peace and the opportunity to concentrate throughout the swimming school!
• The guardian can arrive at the pool about 2-3 minutes before the end of the swimming school to pick up the child. (A child who has a completed liability release form can leave the pools independently after the swimming time ends.)
• Note! It is not possible to swim in Linnanmaa swimming hall on the club shift during the swimming lesson, as each pool is used for teaching purposes.
