Tiedote Oulun Lohien kevään 2021 uimakouluilmoittautumista varten

Koronatilanteen vaikuttaessa siten, että uimakoulukertoja joudutaan perumaan, pyrimme ensisijaisesti järjestämään korvaavia kertoja, mutta jos tämä ei ole mahdollista, hyvitämme peruuntuneet kerrat kevätkauden 2021 loppuun mennessä. Peruuntuneista kerroista hyvitämme 9 € / kerta. Uimakoulumaksu sisältää opetuksen ja hallintokulujen lisäksi jäsenmaksun kevätkaudelle sekä uimakouluvakuutuksen.

Noudatamme toiminnassamme viranomaisrajoituksia. Näiden mahdollistaessa uimakoulujen käynnistymisen ja järjestämisen, noudatamme normaaleja maksu- ja peruutusehtoja, löydät ne alta.

Maksukäytänteet uimakoulu

Uimakoulupaikan peruminen ja maksun palautus

• kun maksettu uimakoulu perutaan viimeistään kolme vuorokautta ennen kurssin alkua palautamme uimakoulumaksun vähennettynä Lohien käsittelykuluilla (5 €)
• kun uimakoulu keskeytetään ennen kurssin puoltaväliä palautamme uimakoulumaksusta 50% vähennettynä Lohien käsittelykuluilla (5 €)
• kun uimakoulua on käyty yli puolet emme palauta uimakoulumaksuja, koska varallaolijaa ei enää voi ottaa uimakouluun
• keskeytys lasketaan alkavaksi kirjallisesta ilmoituksesta osoitteeseen toimisto@oulunlohet.fi
• kertapoissaoloista ei palautuksia (uimakoululaisen ei tarvitse ilmoittaa kertapoissaoloja)
• poissaoloja ei ole mahdollista käydä korvaamassa muissa ryhmissä.
• kurssimaksuhyvitykset lääkärintodistusta vastaan hyvitetään aina tapauskohtaisesti.

Payment policies for the spring 2021 swimming school enrollment

If the swimming halls are closed or the covid-19 restrictions limit our club´s activities and we are unable to run the swimming school lessons, we will first try to organize a replacement and if this is not possible, we will make a refund. The amount of the refund is 9 euros per lesson. The course fee include the teaching, administrative expenses, swimming school insurance and a membership for the spring season. We follow the official orders by the authorities and if those allow the club to organize swimming schools, then the classes will run normally. In this case we follow our normal payment and enrollment policies:

• when the swimming school enrollment is cancelled three (3) days before the start of the course, the payment will be fully refunded minus a prosessing cost of 5 euros
• if the swimmer discontinues the swimming school before the midpoint of the course, we will make a refund of 50% minus a prosessing cost of 5 euros
• after the midpoint no refunds are done, since a replacement for the open course spot is no longer possible
• If you discontinue the course, please inform the Oulun Lohet office asap by email: toimisto@oulunlohet.fi - the cancellation will start from the written notice
• if the attendees have to skip classes for covid or for any other reasons, we follow our normal practices - we don´t do refunds and it is not possible to replace the classes with another group
• all refund cases with a medical certificate will be dealed on a case-by-case basis
